About the Role
We are seeking Clinical Leads (Clinical Psychologists) with specialist knowledge of neurodevelopmental assessments to lead a multi-disciplinary team. We are looking to fill a number of roles across our Hull, Knaresborough, Hathersage and Holmfirth clinics.
The successful candidates will be responsible for the running of our Neurodevelopmental Assessment Service for Children & Young People, providing clinical oversight, and ensuring the highest quality is upheld throughout the assessment process and within the written reports.

Main Responsibilities include:
- Clinical overview of all the current assessment cases in clinic
- Conducting parts of the assessment process
- Leading multi-disciplinary team meetings to discuss the information gathered through the assessment and the agreed clinical outcome and next steps
- Review the current case load of reports, ensuring that clinical outcomes and relevant information is provided, and quality is upheld
- Liaising with relevant members of the assessment team about current caseload
- Escalating issues and working with the Clinical Director and Service Manager to resolve them
- Liaising and reporting to our client on any clinical issues and providing regular updates on clients
- Identifying issues in the operational or clinical process / report writing process and providing feedback to team members
- Undertaking further assessments via our private service ‘Held By Mantle’
- Carrying out therapeutic intervention as part of our private service ‘Held By Mantle’
- Supporting children, young people, adults and their families through post-diagnostic support
About You
The most important thing is that you will be self-starting and dynamic, always looking for opportunities to learn and improve. The role will require you to hit the ground running.
You will be based within a commutable distance to one of our clinics – Hull, Holmfirth, Knaresborough or Hathersage.
Qualifications & Experience
- HCPC Registered Clinical Psychologist with specialist training in Neurodevelopmental Conditions and diagnostic assessments
- Formal training in assessment tools for Autism, ADHD & Cognitive (e.g ADOS, QB, ACE, DIVA)
- Knowledge and understanding of the DSM-5 criteria
- Experience in conducting diagnostic Neurodevelopmental Assessments with children and adults.
- Experience working with children and adults with neurodevelopmental conditions & mental health difficulties in a clinical setting

We are seeking to recruit part-time Senior Neurodevelopmental Practitioners to join our multidisciplinary assessment teams across our clinics (Hull, Holmfirth, Hathersage, Knaresborough).
This is an exciting new role working within our already well-established assessment teams. This is an opportunity to work alongside other professionals to assess the individual needs of children and young people, providing support to guidance, support and advice to clients and their families.
We are looking for anyone with relevant professional registration, for example: Nursing, Speech and Language Therapy, Specialist Teachers, Occupational Therapy or Psychology backgrounds.
Responsibilities will include:
- Conducting high quality neurodevelopmental assessments and observations, formulating a clinical conclusion backed up by clinical reasoning and recommendations
- Have additional responsibilities, leading and developing a specialised project or an area of change within our business
- Have line management responsibilities for the Neurodevelopmental Practitioners within the team
- Ensure that all assessments provided are in line with NICE guidelines
- Contribute to multi-disciplinary team meetings, reaching an assessment conclusion and creating an individualised support plan to meet the needs of the children dependent upon the assessment outcome
- Support clients and families by providing information, advice, and interventions tailored to individual needs
- Be able to utilise a variety of advanced communication skills when interacting with children, young people and/or adults and their families. This includes verbal, written, electronic, and tailored communication methods that are adapted to meet individual needs.
- A high level of communication competency is essential to ensure that children, young people and/or and their families understand the information being shared. Communication will often occur in complex, emotional, and sensitive situations, requiring the use of empathy, tact and assertiveness
- Undertaking further assessments or carrying out therapeutic intervention relevant to your previous experience and qualifications via our private service ‘Held By Mantle’
- Supporting children, young people, adults and their families through post-diagnostic support
- Maintain accurate records
- Stay current with evidence-based practices and contribute to training and professional development

About the Role
We are seeking a part-time (with potential to increase to full time as we grow) Service Co-ordinator to join our team, supporting our Clinical Teams and our Client Managers in delivering an excellent patient experience within our Beverly (Hull) clinic.
This is an exciting time to join our business; you will be working within a dynamic and friendly team and will also have the opportunity to support the growth and development of our Beverly (Hull) clinic.
Responsibilities will include:
- Accountability for the day-to-day management of our Hull clinic building – ensuring everything within the building is in place to deliver high-quality patient experience.
- Greeting our patients as they arrive at the clinic and making them feel welcome as they make their way to-and-from their appointments.
- Supporting our Clinic Managers in dealing with patient queries by telephone, mail and email, becoming familiar with all our client management systems across both NHS contracted work and our private services.
- Supporting the team by undertaking administrative tasks, including processing client information, data processing, bookings, payments and general office tasks.

About the Role
We are seeking to recruits part-time Psychotherapists, such as CBT, CAT, or systemic therapists.
This is an exciting new role will provide post- diagnostic support to children, young people and families with ADHD diagnoses.
Psychotherapy, such as CBT, CAT or systemic therapy, will be offered to young people who present with ADHD-related emotional, behavioural, or functional difficulties that require structured, therapeutic intervention. Sessions will focus on developing adaptive thinking patterns, emotional regulation skills, and coping strategies tailored to ADHD.
Therapy can be delivered either online or in person, in our new Beverley clinic.
Responsibilities will include:
- Conducting high quality therapeutic intervention either in person or online.
- Triage and allocation calls.
- Support clients and families by providing information, advice, and interventions tailored to individual needs.
